审稿意见求助,帮忙指导下阿

第一次投稿,今天正好到了一个月时间返回来审稿意见,我贴在下面了 由于没有经验,有几个问题请教大家啊, 1. 审稿人给出的意见是不是有点对稿子不利啊,没有说什么正面的话阿 2. 请问大家是怎么找英语为母语的人给改改稿子的阿?呵呵,都怎么找的阿 3. 编辑的这句话是什么意思啊"If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision." 重新考虑他的决定是什么意思,难道他已经有决定了 4. 还会再找第二个审稿人马? 我看大家的投稿基本上都起码有两个审稿人的啊. 第一次没有经验,还请高人多多指导阿 Dear **, Reviewers have now commented on your paper.
