请教稿件回修意见

10月26日投到J.Chromatogr.A，12月9日返回审稿意见，总体还是比较鼓舞的。其中一个审稿人说“This is a well performed study into the application......”，另一个审稿人说“The manuscript in its present form is suitable for publication after revision”。两个审稿人都建议为“Full short communication”。编辑老大的意见是要求大修，我哭！ 但审稿意见中有几点理解得不是准确，请虫友们帮忙看看。 1、Authors should give some indication of precision of measurements in CE and HPLC and mention how many test points were used in Table 2 eg were 3 samples analysed for each data point? 2、Why are observed loss of points at pH 3.2 and temperature 20? 3、pls start all main words with a capital letter. 另外，“Please add line numbering”是要求在文稿中添加行号吗？ 谢谢大家啦！ |
