【求助】关于安捷伦HPLC+FLD参数设置的一个请教

是这样子的，刚刚开始接触FLD，有些不太明白。 文献上用的仪器是岛津的，有这样一段话，Fluorescence measurements were done at 220 excitation and 280nm emission wavelengths with spectral bandwidth and the response time constant set at 18nm and 1.5s,respectively.The sensitivity of the detector was set at “Medium”. 想请教一下各位战友，同样的设置在Agilent的系统上可以实现么？这个18nm的spectral bandwidth和1.5s的response time constant该在什么地方设置呢？还有灵敏度。。 谢谢大家。。 |
