被拒了，咋办啊

最近投了一个国外期刊，从投到现在5周，昨天接到了回复，是这样写的： I regret to inform you that your manuscript XXX has been rejected. I hope that the comments from the reviewers are useful to you in any rewrite that you may do. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to consider your work and would encourage you to resubmit the manuscript following revisions or other manuscripts for future consideration. 然后下面写了6条修改意见，我感觉有2条是很大的修改意见。 虽然他说修改后可以再投，但是不是实际上只是委婉表达一下，还是被结结实实的拒了。 |

这是其中一个审稿人的意见： The proposed new type is interesting, and this research should have been a very meaningful and useful work, if the authors were more serious in doing the research and wrote the paper carefully. However, the current manuscript suffers from various problems, including poor English and incomplete technical details, which prevent the readers from forming a positive impression. The authors should consider to revise the paper and improve the quality before re-submit for consideration. 后面是几条他的修改意见。 我看国外文章彻底拒的话，都是说文章没有新意或是不适合这个期刊，像我这个是不是改改还能有戏呢？ |
