（紧急求助）关于版权问题springer

哪位大虫帮帮我哦，我的文章接受了，下面是springer发给我的什么版权的问题，说我的版权没有给他们，我估计是当时我确认信息弄错了，郁闷啊，看看那位大虫能支个招！再此感激万分。下面是邮件全文： I hope this email finds you well. According to our records, it appears that you have refused to transfer copyright to Springer Science + Business Media B.V. Please be informed however that only US Government employees are permitted not to transfer copyright, wherein the article is created by an employee of the US Government and therefore is – based on the US law – a public domain. We do not have such legal requirements for other countries. Most countries allow their authors to generate copyright in their own name, which thus can be transferred to Springer. Apart from the exception for US Government employees, it is Springer's policy to publish journal articles only if copyright has been transferred to us. Some rare exceptions from that general policy exist for articles submitted by an employee of an Institute or University that is a Crown Body of Canada, UK or Australia . These articles can only be published under "Crown copyright" and need to have as There maybe some Institutes in your country (China) that belong to a Crown Body in UK. If you can anyhow assure us that your Institute is a Crown Body, we can send you an adapted CTS form for the transfer of only non-exclusive publishing rights to Springer, which is the way Crown Bodies are publishing their content. In this case, please send us the affirming e-mail and we will send you the Copyright Transfer Statement file which needs to be imported into our system - after it was signed by you or your Institute.
