Scenario Part A: The four(five) of you are planning a sightseeing trip in Australia. One of the most exciting part of the trip is to cross a huge desert by riding Land Rover (a kind of jeep) yourselves. So you have to make careful preparation for this desert adventure. Now, you have twenty minutes to discuss about what to bring with you and why. Then list out the necessary equipment. Part B: You are riding the land Rover across the desert. Unfortunately, your Land Rover breaks down halfway, and it is impossible to repair it. According to the map you bring with yourselves, there is still at least a four-day trip on foot to get to get to the nearest town outside the desert. However, the food and water left can only be used for four(five) people for only three days, and it is also impossible for you to contact with the outside world with your mobile phones or any other appliances. “What can you do to get out of the desert?” “Who shall be sent to the town for help?” “Who shall stay and why?” What should he (they) bring with him (them) for the three-day trip on foot?” etc. The four(five) of you have to discuss about it carefully.
