投Trans. Fuzzy Systems的，第二稿已经2个月了，状态还是under review，请问还有希望吗？ Dear **: The year 2009 is almost over. I would like to thank you for your continued great support in 2009 to Trans. Fuzzy Systems in various capacities. In this context, I am happy to share with you a few good news: 1. Our 2008 Impact Factor is 3.624 which higher than the impact factors of all other related journals in our field. Our Rank is five(5) in the Computer Science – Artificial Intelligence areas. 2. On average we take about 90 days to finish the first round of review. 3. In each of the last three quarters our submission to e-publication (uploading to Xplore) time is less than a year. 4. After you submit your final files through manuscript central, it gets uploaded to Xplore within a few days and this uploaded version is fully citable. We have been able to achieve all these because of your great help and support, and I hope you will continue to do so in 2010 also. So please continue to submit your new research results to Trans.
