帮我看看这个回复是什么意思

三个多月投出去的，今天收到第一次回复，如下： I have now received the reviews of your paper, which I enclose. Before I can consider accepting your paper for publication, I urge you to review the major revisions and consider corrections and enhancements along the lines suggested by the review. If you are willing to revise the paper as suggested, please let me have the revision by Jan 15, 2010. Please include a text only file of your paper along with the enclosed list of comments, with your next submission. If you do not wish to revise the paper or if the revision will take more than 6 weeks please advise me of your decision. 这个的意思是我改了投过去还要送到审稿人手里进行二审，还是直接到编辑手里看是否可以录用了？ 谢谢 |
