图形识别文章，投国外什么sci刊物比较好中呢？

| 我刚完成一篇图形识别方面的文章，想投国外SCI核心收录的期刊（最好同时又是被ei收录的）。由于是第一次投国外的sci，所以想请教各位大哥大姐，哪个刊物比较好中（最好是影响因子比较低的，这样好中些）。请指点一下，包括投稿的具体方法以及审稿周期等，不胜感激！ |
