ICFCC is an annual international forum for state-of-the-art research in Future Computer and Communication. The first ICFCC 2009 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during April. 3-5, 2009.ICFCC 2010 is co-sponsored by the Huazhong Normal University, International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), and IEEE. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Computer and Communication Technology.

All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings and distributed at the conference. All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by the Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI (ISTP).
