各位虫友请帮帮忙，看看下面的话是什么意思，我该怎么做？ This manuscript was submitted to the Journal of Applied Polymer Science by Dr. Dexin Tan. The Journal's quality control policy requires the senior researcher to authorize the submission before we can proceed with the manuscript. This applies particularly to authors new to ScholarOne Manuscripts. Therefore please reply to confirm your authorization at your earliest convenience.
