投稿的话还是要仔细研究一下所投期刊上的Guide for authors啦，我刚帮楼主看过了，该期刊的“Submit your article”链接确实打不开，不过点开"about this journal"页面在上面找到“Guide for authors”点开就能看到投稿要求了，人家确实说得很明白： Submission of papers: By Mail: Three copies of the manuscript, accompanied by a covering letter should be sent to the relevant submission address. Only after final acceptance a disk/CD ROM needs to be sent with the hardcopy. Submission address: Papers should be submitted to the Editor of the Board (not the Associate Editor) according to the paper's country of origin as follows: Editor Papers from Belarus Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Ukraine, Baltic Countries, Balkan Countries China China (PR) France France, Israel, Middle East, North Africa, Central Africa Germany Germany, Austria, Benelux-Countries, Denmark, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Turkey India India Japan Japan, Korea, Taiwan, other Asian Countries Russia Russia, Slovak Republic United Kingdom U.K., Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, South Africa, Spain USA North-Central-South America, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, other Asian Countries |
