脂质科学与技术研究室简介 江南大学食品学院脂质科学与技术研究室由脂质化学，油脂深加工，功能性脂质三大研究组构成，研究内容涉及脂质合成与代谢、脂质安全与营养，油脂副产物综合利用与产品开发，油脂改性技术研究与产品开发等八个方面。研究室隶属于国内唯一的二级国家重点学科粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程，是目前我国唯一的油脂工程专业博士点所在地。 研究室先后承担了包括国家自然科学基金、国家“863”、“九五”、 “十一五”、教育部重大等国家、省部级科技攻关计划30余项，横向科研合作项目12项；累计通过部、省级鉴定15项，获国家科技进步二等奖1项、中国食品工业协会科学技术一等奖1项、教育部科技进步二等奖2项、江苏省科技进步一等奖1项、江苏省科技进步二等奖2项、中国粮油学会科学技术二等奖3项、无锡市腾飞奖1项和无锡市科技进步一等奖1项；发表学术论文260余篇，其中SCI/EI 28篇，出版教材、专著6部，申请国家发明专利33项，其中授权10项；与中国农业大学、武汉工业大学、河南工业大学等国内知名院校，上海粮科所、无锡科学研究设计院、西安油脂科学研究设计院等国内知名科研单位，中粮、山东鲁花、益海嘉里等国内外大型油脂、食品公司有密切联系，在全国各地建有十几个实习基地。 研究室具有良好的硬件设施，包括气相色谱仪，液相色谱仪（紫外、蒸发光），核磁共振仪，油脂氧化稳定仪等。目前，研究室主要研究人员有10人，其中教授3人，副教授5人，高级工程师1人，高级实验师1人，90%具有博士学位；培养硕士、博士80余人，本科生200余人，其中高级访问学者 2人，留学生5人。 研究室主要组成成员为：王兴国、张连富、曹栋、金青哲、刘元法、单良、潘秋琴、李进伟、黄健花、宋志华。 |

脂质科学与技术研究室简介 Overview of Lipid Science and Technology Research Laboratory 江南大学食品学院脂质科学与技术研究室由脂质化学，油脂深加工，功能性脂质三大研究组构成，研究内容涉及脂质合成与代谢、脂质安全与营养，油脂副产物综合利用与产品开发，油脂改性技术研究与产品开发等八个方面。研究室隶属于国内唯一的二级国家重点学科粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程，是目前我国唯一的油脂工程专业博士点所在地。 Food Science and Technology College of lipid Jiangnan University is composed of major research components: the lipid research chemical, oil processing, and functional lipid research that is spreadheaded to in eight areas including lipid synthesis and metabolism, lipid security and nutrition, oil by-product utilization and product development, oil modification technology research and product development. Being the only laboratory associated with two national key disciplines of food, grease and vegetable protein engineering, the lab is currently China's only location for oil engineering doctoral degrees. |

Awards won over the years include 15 Ministry, provincial identification, one (1) national scientific and technological progress second prize, China Food Industry Association, a first prize of Science and Technology Ministry of Education, two (2) scientific and technological progress second prize, first prize in a scientific and technological progress in Jiangsu Province Xiang, two (2) Jiangsu Province scientific and technological progress second prize, three (3) Chinese Cereals and Oils Association Second Prize of Science and Technology, Wuxi City and Wuxi off award a first prize of a city of science and technology. There are more than 260 articles published, including 28 SCI / EI articles, 6 textbooks, 33 national invention patents with 10 certifications. Collaborations include the Chinese Agricultural University, Wuhan University of Technology, Henan University of Technology and other well-known institutions. Partnerships has been established with the Shanghai Branch of the grain, Wuxi Scientific Research Design Hospital, Xi'an Research and Design Institute, and other well-known oil research units. There also exists joint effort with Shandong flowers, Yi Shanghai Kerry and other domestic and international large-scale oils, food companies. There are a dozen practice bases throughout the country. There exists decent infrastructure, including gas chromatography, liquid chromatography (UV, evaporative light), nuclear magnetic resonance instrument, and oil oxidation stability detector. The main research laboratory consists of ten (10) research personnel, including three professors, five associate professor, a senior engineer, one senior technician. Among them 90% have doctorate degree and more than 80 master's or doctorate students, more than 200 undergraduate students, including two senior visiting scholar, and five other students were trained within the lab. 研究室主要组成成员为： Mainly composed of members of the research are: |
