最投了一篇到JOMC上，几天后，编辑的意思回来了，根本没到审稿人那里，下面是他的回复，请各位大侠看下是什么意思。。感激不尽Dear Prof. yuan,

Before we pass on manuscripts to the Journal Editor, who is responsible for the scientific assessment, we perform an initial check against formal technical criteria (structure of submission, adherence to the Guide for Authors and English language usage).

We regret to inform you that your manuscript does not meet the journal's required standard for the reasons detailed in the comments below.

You are welcome to resubmit your manuscript. Should you do so, please ensure that every aspect of the manuscript is in accordance with the Guide for Authors which is available at http://ees.elsevier.com/jorganchem/ top of screen. You must also submit a separate list of responses to the problems that were raised, under the submission item "Responses to technical check results". A sample of the "Responses" sheet can be found at: http://www.elsevierscitech.com/l ... echnical_Check.pdf. We regret that without a completed "Responses" sheet, your manuscript will not be further processed.

Comments:

1) Provide the collected figure captions sequentially on a separate page.

2) Use superscript lowercase letters as footnote indicators in tables.

3) Reference list must conform strictly to the guide for authors. For journal articles, please adhere to the following order: initials followed by surname, article title, abbreviated journal name, volume/issue number, year in parenthesis and full page range.

4) Pages should be numbered consecutively.
