食用植物油产业技术创新战略联盟 2009年7月，由江南大学牵头，联合国内知名食用油研究科研院所和主要食用油加工企业成立了食用植物油产业技术创新战略联盟。联盟的建立旨在探索建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研结合的产业技术创新机制；集成和共享技术创新资源，加强合作研发，突破植物油加工产业发展战略及共性、关键技术瓶颈，搭建联合攻关研发平台；开展技术辐射，培育食用植物油产业重大技术及产品创新的产业集群主体，使联盟成为国家技术创新体系的重要组成部分。 联盟以保障“食用油安全”为目标，其中长期任务和近期任务符合《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020）》、《国务院办公厅关于促进油料生发展的意见》（国办发[2007]59号）、《国家粮食安全中长期规划纲要（2008-2020）》等相关政策，充分体现了我国食用植物油产业技术的创新需求，解决食用植物油产业的共性关键技术，形成食用植物油产业的核心技术，支撑和引领产业技术创新，有利于推动我国食用油产业以及油料种植业、贸易、流通等相关产业的发展。 联盟由国内的知名食用油研究科研院所和主要食用油加工企业组成。一方面，联盟的工作涉及大豆、花生、棉籽、菜籽等我国的各种大宗油料和以茶籽为代表的特种油料以及油脂加工产品专用油脂，工作涵盖我国的食用植物油；另一方面，组成联盟的科研院所均在植物油研究方面具备较强的实力，组成联盟的企业单位均是国内各种油料的代表性企业。联盟的这一组成结构决定其必将能较好的聚集和整合创新资源、形成产业技术创新链、具有较强的产业带动作用。通过产、学、研紧密结合，充分发挥高校和研究所的科研优势，解决食用油加工企业的现有问题，不论是对于我国现有行业资源的整合、公共技术平台的建设、行业标准的形成，还是对于我国食用油加工产业和油料种植业（农业）的可持续发展，都有着重要的意义。 |

the alliance is composed of the the domestic famous Research institute for studying edible oils and main edible oil processing enterprises. On one hand,the work of alliance involve in every kinds of a large amount of oil- plant such as soybean, peanuts and cotton seeds and special oil-plant represented by rapeseed and special fat for oil-processing product,covering the national edible vegetable oil. On the other hand, in the alliance,the scientific research institutes have great strength in the edible vegetable oil's research and the enterprises are representatives in all domestic companies employing with various kinds of oil-plant. The structure of the alliance shall determine its better aggregation and integration of resources for innovation and forming chains of industrial technology, which have strongly driving effect. Through the close combination of production, learning and research, give full play to the reserching advantages of universities and research institute and solve the existing problems in the edible oil processing enterprises have a vital significance on integration of China's current industries' resources ,construction of public technology platform and the formation of industry standards as well as the sustainable development in our edible oil processing industry and crop farming of oil-plant.  |

The strategic alliance of technical innovation in Edible vegetable oil industry In July 2009,led by jiangnan university, united with the domestic famous Research institute for studying edible oils and main edible oil processing enterprises ,the strategic alliance of technical innovation in Edible vegetable oil industry is estalished. The establishment of this alliance is be aimed at things as follows:the industrial technology innovation mechanism enterprises have seen as the main body and market as the guidance,with production and learning and researchment being integrated into a whole;intergrate and share technical innovation resources, strengthen cooperative R&D(research and development) , make a breakthrough for the bottleneck of key technology and the general character and industrial development strategy of edible vegetable oil processing industry and build a Joint R&D platform for tackling key problems;carry out the radiation of technology and cultivate the significant technology in the edible vegetable oil industry and the main industrial clusters for product innovation so as to make the alliance become an important part of the national technology innovation system. |
