化学合成及分析研发中心由实验室和工艺放大部两个部门组成.我们的主要职责是合成小量由诺华开发的创新原料药, 以支持早期的临床前工作 (如毒理及剂型研究) ; 优化产品的生产工艺,提高产品的产量和质量;开发用于大规模生产的安全,高效,环保的原料药和中间体的化学工艺.

Synthetic organic chemist (PRD Scientist - Process Research&Development)
Requirements:
1.Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry. Preferably PostDoc or equivalent experience in (pharmaceutical or chemical) industry, or master in synthetic organic chemistry with minimum 2 year pharmaceutical experience or equivalent.
2.Proficient in MS office & Chemistry application software.
3.Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills
4.Proactive and self-motivated
5.With good organizational and planning skills
6.Strong Team player
7.Fluent English reading and writing is a must and fluent oral English preferred
8.Mobile, and willing to relocate to Changshu

Analytical chemist (ARD Scientist - Analytical Research&Development)
Requirements:
1.Ph.D. or Master in analytical chemistry, or organic chemistry or other closely-related education backgrounds with solid analytical chemistry knowledge, minimum 2 year pharmaceutical experience or equivalent.
2.Quick learner with excellent ability to learn new knowledge and technologies.
3.Results driven, committed and accountable with excellent organizing and planning skills.
4.Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office & chemistry applications software.
5.Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal communication.
6.Fluent English reading and writing is a must and fluent oral English preferred
7.Mobile and willing to relocate to Changshu

Process Safety Lab Senior Scientist
1. Ph. D. in organic chemistry or chemical engineering, with thorough knowledge of kinetics and thermodynamics, and catalysis.
2. Minimum 1 years experience in chemical process development is required.
3. Has a solid understanding of chemical process development and synthetic organic chem-istry.
4. Strong scientific presentation and writing skills
5. Outstanding experimental skills, especially in working with automated reactors and analytical instrumentation.
6. Is self motivated and can work independently with minimum supervision in an interdis-ciplinary team
7. Hands-on experience with RC1 is a plus
8. Fluent English reading and writing is a must and fluent oral English preferred
9. Mobile and willing to relocate to Changshu
