本文分别从联接基团加入法、极性头基加入法、疏水链基加入法等方面介绍了这两大类非离子双子表面活性剂的合成方法和研究进展。联接基团加入法是在两个现成的两亲分子之间插入一个联接基团，将这两个两亲分子联接起来。极性头基加入法则是联接基团先连接两条疏水链，再把两个极性头基加上去，一般是环氧乙烷或者是环氧丙烷加入的方法。疏水链基加入法方法所采用的原料化合物中含有联接基团，并且已含有两个极性基团，加入两条碳氢疏水链即可。

In this paper, from the spacer group to join France, polar head group to join France, the hydrophobic chain of the base to join France, etc. were introduced by the two major categories of non-ionic Gemini surfactant synthesis methods and research. The synthesis and advance of two class of non-ionic Gemini surfactant are reviewed in the perspectives of addition of cluster, polar group, and the hydrophobic group. The addition amounts to inserting between two available amphiphilesn polar groups through connecting two hydrophobic chains, followed by two polar groups, in analogous to the addition of epoxy ethane or epoxy propane. There exist hydrophobic chain contain linking group as well as two polar groups in the raw materials emplyeded in the addition. Consequently it suffices the addition of  two hydrocarbon hydrophobic chains.
