Keynote Speakers Prof. Cheng Tee Hiang Associate Professor and Associate Chair (Administration) of School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Prof. Lu Chao Deputy Leader of Communications Research Group Department of Electronic and Information Engineering The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong ICFCC is an annual international forum for state-of-the-art research in Future Computer and Communication. The first ICFCC 2009 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during April. 3-5, 2009.ICFCC 2010 is co-sponsored by the Huazhong Normal University, International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), and IEEE. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Computer and Communication Technology. All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings and distributed at the conference.
