有效期至当日晚上8:30 摘要:本论文对Wittig 反应后处理做了改进,利用副产物三苯基氧磷易结晶的特点,先用重结晶的方法除去大部分副产物三苯基氧磷后,再用柱层析色谱法纯化产物。我们发现该方法不但减少了硅胶和溶剂用量,而且分离效果很好,具有一定的环保和经济意义。 关键词:Wittig 反应,重结晶,合成,改进 [ Last edited by lixiaod001 on 2009-12-10 at 15:58 ] |

Abstract: this paper focus on improving the following treatment of Wittig reaction. due to the easily crystallizable characteristics of by-product( Triphenylphosphine oxide) ,through the process of recrystallization , most of by-products (Triphenylphosphine oxide) can be removed ,and then products are purified by column chromatography. We find that this method not only reduce the dosage of silica gel and solvent but also have a good separating effect,having a certain environmental and economic significance.
