IC50 计算公式： FOUR-PARAMETER LOGISTIC FUNCTION This function is most frequently used for standard curves, radioimmunoassays and dose-response curves. It is included here only for the standard A, B, C, D parameter terminology that is commonly used in these fields. The drug data x is entered in logarithmic form. Except for a sign difference in the slope parameters it is exactly the same as the sigmoidal dose-response (variable slope) equation. 示意图 IC50计算公式说明表 y为 Response（反应的效应，如OD，抑制率等），x为 log（浓度值） D, A为最小和最大平台期 数即可得出IC50. |
