请教各位有经验的虫友这种情况下接收的可能性有多大？

各位虫友，我的一篇文章投过三周后编辑发了一封信，大家看看，不知道这属于哪种修改范围：大修还是小修，接收的几率有多大？谢谢大家，我没有太多经验。 The reviewers have commented on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form but that it may be acceptable after revision [and re-evaluation]. If you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript within 60 days. Please carefully address the issues raised in the comments.
