在现代企业管理中,人力资源管理是企业管理中的重要内容,人力资源管理呈现出越来越重要的作用,有效的人力资源管理措施和策略是企业快速发展的保证和强大的动力。现代管理大师彼得.德鲁克曾经说过“企业只有一项真正的资源,就是人。”也就是说人力资源是企业发展的命脉,企业如何做好人力资源管理,是每个企业管理者必须重视和思考的问题。本文首先阐述了安徽泰华集团的人力资源概况,然后在分析泰华集团在人力资源管理中存在的缺乏总体规划、招聘制度不完善、培训力不足和员工晋升机会少、职业生涯缺乏规划等问题,并且针对这些问题,提出了制定人力资源战略规划、规范招聘制度及提高招聘效率、制定科学的培训体系和拓宽员工晋升途径及规划员工职业生涯等解决对策

development. how to do it well  is the issue that the rulers should emphasize and take into consideration.

In the modern enterprise management, human resource management is a key component and plays more and more important role. Effective human resource management policy and strategy guarantee the rapid booming of enterprises and provide strong driving force. Peter. Drucker, the master in modern management, once said: “The enterprise has only one real resource which is talents.” In other words, it indicates that the human resource is the life-blood of the development of businesses and deserves the stress and attention on it.
本文首先阐述了安徽泰华集团的人力资源概况,然后在分析泰华集团在人力资源管理中存在的缺乏总体规划、招聘制度不完善、培训力不足和员工晋升机会少、职业生涯缺乏规划等问题,并且针对这些问题,提出了制定人力资源战略规划、规范招聘制度及提高招聘效率、制定科学的培训体系和拓宽员工晋升途径及规划员工职业生涯等解决对策
This paper in the first place illustrates the overall situation of the human resource in Taihua Group and then analyzes the problems existing in the management of human resource in this group such as the lack of overall planning, the flawed recruitment principles, the inadequate training, rare promotion chances and short of career planning. To deal with such problems, a set of countermeasures are therefore put forward including stipulating the strategy of human resources, standardizing the recruitment policies and enhancing their efficiency, working out scientific training system, broadening the road of staff promotion and designing their career planning, etc.

This paper first describes the general conditions about the human resource in Anhui Tai Hua Group, and then analyses the problems that existing in management of human resource such as lack of general planning, faultiness recuitment policies, deficiency in training, less  promotion opportunities and lack of career planning.
并且针对这些问题,提出了制定人力资源战略规划、规范招聘制度及提高招聘效率、制定科学的培训体系和拓宽员工晋升途径及规划员工职业生涯等解决对策
Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures which  are eatabishing the human resource strategy planning, stipulating the recuitment policies, improving the efficiency, making scientific training systems widening the promotion approach and programming the personnel career.
