Dear Dr. ***:
I'm not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the status of
my submitted manuscript titled "****" (Ms. Ref. No.: ****) although the status
of "with editor" for my manuscript have been lasting for more than ***** weeks.
I am just wondering that my manuscript has been send to reviewers or not?

Best regards
