[交流] 引用文献的问题，如何处理？

一篇ACS论文的清样终于等来了，编辑部说
Author, please respond to the following question:
Please verify that the credit line for the reproduction of this copyrighted material from Elsevier is what the copyright holder specified in the Permission documentation. If you have any questions regarding the proper forms needed for use of copyrighted material by ACS, please contact the ACS Copyright office at copyright@acs.org.

这到底是什么意思，我要怎么办、怎么回答呢？

背景：我将Elsevier 刊物Carbon论文的一个图片引用在自己的文章中，并给出相应图题“Figure 5. Thermogravimetric analysis and major evolved gases profiles of a synthetic naphthalene-derived pitch. (Figure 5 is from ref 10). ”。编辑部改成“Figure 5. Thermogravimetric analysis and major evolved gases profiles of a synthetic naphthalene-derived pitch. Reprinted with permission from ref 10 Copyright 2005 Elsevier Ltd. ”，然后就有了上述问题。此前我没有通过其他形式向Elsevier寻求引用许可。

这是第一次找引用Permission的事。
在Elsevier网页上填写提交索要引用Carbon那篇文章图5 的许可之后，很快就收到了自动回复，具体如下：（回复的第二段即是指对于申请网上可下载获得出版物的请求，它们不会回应，对吗）

3. Go to the 'Article Toolbox' at the right of the abstract and
Click "Permissions & Reprints
4. The Rightslink request page will then be launched (turn off your
pop-up blocker)
5. Select the way you would like to reuse the content
6. Create a Rightslink account if you haven't already
7. Accept the terms and conditions and you're done

Please note that certain requests may require review before a license to
reuse is available; if that occurs you will be emailed to accept or
decline the fee and/or terms of the license as set by Elsevier's Global
Rights Department upon review.

因此可暂且认为，只要到Elsevier网上索要，并且符合上述来信第二段条件（即网上可得），那么就算自动得到引用许可了？
