2. 脂类成份分析 脂类包括:脂肪(甘油三酯)、磷酸甘油脂神经脂类和固醇类,脂肪更为重要。不能被体内组织合成,只能从食物中获得称为营养必需脂肪酸。它们分别是亚油酸(ω-6 族) 、亚麻酸(ω-3 族) ,均为不饱和脂肪酸。它们是皮肤正常代谢所必需,如食物中缺乏时,可发生皮肤鳞屑增多、变薄等皮炎,此外还是体内合成前列腺素的原料和合成磷脂而维护生物膜的完整和功能。 花生四烯酸、前列腺素等重要变应性活性介质由ω-6 族脂肪酸转变而来。 |

| They were linoleic acid (ω -6 race), linolenic acid (ω -3 family) respectively, which are all the unsaturated fatty acids. They are necessary for normal metabolism of skin.if food is lack of them,it can cause more skin squama and skin's attenuation and etc.in addition,they are raw materials for of synthesis of prostaglandins and phospholipid maintaining the integrity and function of biomembrane. |
