为了研究沸石吸附氨氮的动态规律及再生性质，试验用沸石作为填料柱建立模拟装置，通过对装置通入模拟氨氮废水和工业废水试验，得出沸石柱吸附氨氮的穿透曲线和水力负荷曲线，并对吸附饱和后的沸石柱进行化学解吸再生试验，对整个装置运行过程进行动力学分析研究。实验结果表明，进水速度为2.72 BV时，通入氨氮浓度为50 mg•L-1的模拟废水和98 mg•L-1的工业废水，此时穿透点分别为C/C0=0.3和0.15时，得到天然沸石柱可处理水量分别为126 BV、43 BV；改性后沸石柱可处理水量分别为157 BV、46 BV，且随水力负荷增大，沸石柱可处理水量减小；试验还发现对泄露后沸石用8%NaCl溶液解吸再生效果好，成本低，再生后的沸石吸附容量变小；试验通过动力学分析发现沸石柱吸附氨氮速度较快。采用沸石吸附氨氮具有效果好，反应快，可再生的优点，是处理氨氮废水的优良吸附材料。 [ Last edited by qingfeng877680 on 2009-12-7 at 20:31 ] |
