编辑说需要回复确认信才能对论文进行审稿，各位帮帮忙，看怎么回复。 编辑的来信如下： Dear Dr.XX: This manuscript was submitted to the Journal of Applied Polymer Science by Dr. xxx. The Journal's quality control policy requires the senior researcher to authorize the submission before we can proceed with the manuscript.
