会议背景介绍： ICIE 2010 将于2010年8月14日至15日在河北北戴河市举行。ICIE 2010将为信息工程及其相关领域的研究人员和实际应用开发人员提供一个领先的国际论坛平台，让大家分享最新的研究成果和实际应用中积累的经验。
这次大会的主题是信息工程及应用。这次大会的特色是受邀发言的专家会对此领域具有重要意义的论题进一步探究，与会议同时出版的期刊杂志和海报将会涵盖很广范围的论题和论点，包括由具体的主题延伸出的已经发表的论文和特殊会议记录。
ICIE 2010 论文集将由IEEE Computer Society出版，所有录用的论文将由IEEE被收录在IEEE，也将被EI Compendex, ISTP和IEEE Explore检索。会议将推荐60~80篇优秀文章至EI, SCI期刊，我们诚邀您提交所有有关ICIE领域的论文。
