本品可通过胎盘，可分泌入乳汁。妊娠妇女每日大量摄入本品可能对胎儿有害，但未经动物实验证实。 过量服用可引起不良反应：每日服1～4g，可引起腹泻、皮疹、胃酸增多、胃液反流，有时尚可见泌尿系结石、尿内草酸盐与尿酸盐排出增多、深静脉血栓形成、血管内溶血或凝血等，有时可导致白细胞吞噬能力降低。每日用量超过 5g时，可导致溶血，重者可致命。孕妇服用大剂量时，可能产生婴儿坏血病。 [ Last edited by jqmdd on 2009-12-1 at 16:49 ] |
