[交流] 关于投稿中编辑要求的error bars or regression data

之前投了一篇文章，一个月后被编辑退回，要修改后才能投，其中有个意见不是特别懂：
1:The editors note that you have not carried out a statistical analysis to test whether differences statistically are significant. This must be done before the manuscript can be submitted to peer review.
2:In our experience referees insist that error bars or regression data is shown on all figures and in table superfices or other statistical treatment to denote significant differences is shown. This makes the results of your statistical analyses clear. The statistical analysis should then inform the discussion which should be edited to include statistical information.

我所做的数据都是单因素变化，比如反射率与浓度或粒径的关系，不知按照编辑的意见我应该如何修改，望高人指点
