[交流] 【请教】愿付200金币请教一下如何控制量子点中Cd的毒性

请问高手做太阳能电池或者做LED的时候怎么能控制l量子点，比如CdTe和CdSe中Cd的毒性吗？
也就是说怎么能证明Cd是可以回收的，或者是在量子尺寸条件下是没有毒性的
更简单点说是，怎么控制Cd的毒性。

Recent works indicated that a ZnS outer layer provides a good Cd2+ control. For instance, CdSe/ZnS QDs were shown to be nontoxic and did not interfere with the liver-specific functions of cells after exposure to low concentrations(<0.25mg/mL) and relatively short periods of time(<1hr);
