求杂志要求将图片处理，这是什么意思？ new figure 1, Panel A and C , Figure 3, Panel A,B and C with 300 dpi resolution in "tif" extension. with a magnification bar with its equivalent in micrometers. Unfortunately, we must have the size of the magnification bar and its value in micrometers and not the original magnification (400X). Attached is an explanation to assist you.
