Here, I want to help my boss to find some Pos. Dor for a Germany University.
Resquest: (1) who has good English skills and can write paper on your own.
                  (2) who is with many novel ideas.
                 (3) who has insistance and easy to be accomodate.
Background: (1) Concerning Surface Nanostructures and related properties.
                      (2) expecially array fabrication directly on substrate.
                      (3) someone who is good at device synthesize.
Publication: you had better have published more than 3 papers with IF>3.
  if someone has intensions, please contact with me as soon as possible.

Please be professional. It's my first time to see postdoc position with requirement of age and gender.
