Isolation of myxobacteria Small samples of soil (approx. 0.5 g) were placed on streaks of live cells of E. coli (grown in nutrient broth for 24 h at 37°C, harvested by centrifugation and washed twice by centrifugation and resuspension in distilled water) or Sac. cerevisiae (grown in Saboraud-dextrose broth for 48 h at 25"C and treated as for E.coli, on WA (1.0 g/! CaCI,. 2H_,O, 15 g/I Difco Bacto-agar). Pure cultures were obtained by repeated sub-culture on RDA (WA plus one rabbit dung pellet per plate, autoclaved separately and added before the medium solidified). |

我的水平只能是 这样了，还望LZ见谅 粘细菌的分离 将土壤小样本（大约0.5克）放在大肠杆菌活细胞（大肠杆菌活细胞是通过在37°C条件下，在肉汁中培养24小时，然后悬浮于蒸馏水中，离心和水洗两次而获得的）划线培养基中。或者是将土壤小样本（大约0.5克）放在酿酒酵母中（酿酒酵母是通过在25°C条件下，在沙氏葡萄糖肉汁中培养48小时，然后处理作为大肠杆菌，在WA（1.0克/！氯化钙。2H_,O，15克/Difco Bact-琼脂培养基）。通过在推荐的每日摄取量条件下反复次培养，纯培养物被获得（培养基固化以前,WA附加一盘,高压灭菌的兔粪便颗粒)  |
