The publication of your article at SpringerLink is not affected by this and will happen shortly.

You can still opt to upload your accepted manuscript to Pubmed Central yourself at http://www.nihms.nih.gov/ and make your article available after 12 months. Please be sure to use your accepted manuscript and not the published pdf from Springer.
