请问论文出版费用中可交可不交的那几页有利害关系吗？

论文被接收了，但出版费用具体要求中有下面几项： Policy Statement Regarding Page Charges: “Papers will be reviewed on the basis of their technical merit, and decisions to publish will be made independently of an author’s willingness or ability to pay page charges. Page charge of $110 per page will be requested for papers of five printed pages or less. Page charges of $110 per page are mandatory for each page in excess of five printed pages. Papers not covered by page charges may need to be reduced in length to five printed pages. The Editor may waive the mandatory page charge requirement for exceptional papers or because of other extenuating circumstances.” Please check item (a) or (b) if your article is estimated to be five typeset pages or less: ( ) a. I and/or my institution accept the obligation to pay page charges of $110 per page in partial support of the costs of publishing this article. ( ) b. I and/or my institution can not accept the obligation to pay page charges of $110 per page. Please check item (c), (d) or (e) if your article is estimated to be more than five typeset pages: ( ) c. I and/or my institution accept the obligation to pay page charges of $110 per page for the first five pages and mandatory page charges of $110 per page for those pages in excess of five. (√) d. Although I and/or my institution can not accept the obligation to pay page charges of $110 per page for the first five pages, we do accept the obligation to pay mandatory page charges of $110 per page for those pages in excess of five. ( ) e. I and/or my institution can not accept the obligation to pay mandatory page charges of $110 per page for those pages in excess of five. In this case, the author should contact the Editor concerning the possibility of shortening the manuscript to five or fewer typeset pages. 我的文章估计超过5页了，但我不想交前5页的义务费用（超出的肯定得交），可是不交会不会影响出版日期的向后顺序什么的啊？不知里面有没有利害关系？有经验的朋友回一下啊。。。 |
