本文对由环己醇制备己二酸的传统实验方法进行了改良,用 84%硝酸替代高锰酸钾作氧化剂,以硝酸、环己醇6:1的 摩尔投料比,在80℃水浴下搅拌氧化30分钟,使制备操作 时间由5h缩短至2h,己二酸产率由30%提高至83%, 避免了高锰酸钾法中大量废渣后处理的麻烦,在一定程度上 减小了制备实验对环境的污染,符合绿色化学设计的要求。 |

An improvement of the traditional method for the preparation of adipic acid from cyclohexanol was reported in this paper. In stead of KMnO4, 84%KNO3 was used as the oxidant. The feed ratio of HNO3 and cyclohexanol was 6:1 (mole/mole). The oxidation was performed at 80℃ with stirring in a water bath for 30min. The improvements shortened the operation time from 5h to 2h, increased the acid yield from 30% to 83%, and avoided the post-treatment of huge amount of residues produced by the KMnO4 method. So to some extent, the new method alleviated pollutions to the environment, qualifying the claims of green chemical design. [ Last edited by crazyofmj899 on 2009-11-26 at 11:05 ] |
