高手请看：DSD

在一本叫做BIOPOLYMERS IN FOOD EMULSIONS的书中看到这样一句： Product formulation (e.g.,emulsifier-to-oil ratio) and homogenization conditions (e.g., valve pressure and number of passes) are then selected to create a product whose DSD falls within the specified range. 这里面的DSD是什么东东啊，看了这书好像是写生物方面的，有没有高手给看看，这DSD是什么东东。 ps：若不够理解，还有涉及到这个东东的句子“The DSD of an emulsion can be broadly characterized in terms of the droplet concentration versus droplet size profile.” |
