IEEE会议被录用的论文可以小改后投杂志吗

一篇文章被IEEE支持的会议收录了，可能是EI，ISTP双检。不过觉得文章内容不错，想小改一下投期刊，不知道算不算一稿多投，看过精华帖里的关于会议文章的介绍，不过还是不确定，希望有过类似经历和想法的虫子们给点建议。博4了面临毕业，谢谢！！ IEEE版权协议里写明“Although authors are permitted to re-use all or portions of the Work in other works, this does not include granting third-party requests for reprinting, republishing, or other types of re-use. The IEEE Intellectual Property Rights office must handle all such third-party requests. ” 没太明白“不允许第三方要求重新发表和使用文章里的内容”是什么意思 [ Last edited by hitlu on 2009-11-25 at 12:44 ] |

但是国外的期刊都要求，要发表的文章没有发表过，比如Elsevier的大部分杂志，在IEEE数据库里与这个要求不知道冲突不。 下面摘了段Elsevier某杂志的Submission declaration Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the copyright-holder. 文章好的话，没有问题（杂志会重新审）。但你要写清楚：“An earlier version of this paper was presented at the International Conference on...”。加在文章的acknowledgement 或footnote里都可以（不是cover letter）。 （若文章不是很好，一定要多加些内容，不要去“碰运气”，那样给审稿人的印象很不好。） [ Last edited by visitor958 on 2009-11-25 at 12:46 ] |
