A Gleaner

Behold,a thin black shadow is coming from far away

Coming down on the boulevard of autumn glory

Bending his crooked back with no words to say

Just glean what the autumn has left with no tarry.

He walks and gleans, with his eyes on the ground

  In the midst of autumn gale and withered yellow.

  Behold,another ear with kernels hard and round!

Each ear feeds this wizened face with joy of glow.

The once splendid rosary now is nothing but thin bones

The orchard is smirking the rosary with trophy luxuriant.

   Herds on the depleted meadow search for condone.

         Tottering forth slowly,oh, is he truly an aspirant?

  The gale is still fiercely skinning his body in tatters.

The sun sets,in the gloomy dark,the wizened face glitters.

            Trilogy of Love and Lost
   1       Love

   To show my amorous love, I shot my cupid arrow.

For your ardent love,my world shines like the rainbow.

I hence carefully select the words to laud your grace.

No words can be found but a gentle touch in your face.

With you, I go, I come, I travel with overwhelming delight.

I try to keep my eyes open just to keep you in my sight.

In the daylight, I deem every failure as a good start.

   In the dark, I cuddle thee with my  gentle heart.

Please open your heart and unload your pack to stay.

   Love is the soul and heart but no words can say.

                  2       Lost

Can the seed of our innocent love ever fructify?

Left Nothing but a truthful heart can justify.

You stole my heart and suddenly went away.

Tears in my eyes, I beseech you to stay.

Out of balance, my heart throbs with trepidation.

My poem lost its cadence with no destination.

My mood soon becomes as dead as a puddle.

With all you left, in the dark, I with fear huddle.

To feel myself alive, I bathe in the fierce rain

Wonder how can I mitigate my suffocating pain...

               3.    Love and lost

Should I write our love story into an elegy?

Should I define our love story as a tragegy?

No,no! What took place will be eternal.

The pain and the break is just temporal.

To my fiery love, you wiggle and jiggle.

In your dazzling grace,I begin to straggle.

To my ardent heart, thou feel trouble laden.

If I can, I will love and protect you as a maiden.

   I will choose to be with you at all cost

Even my life is surrounded by love and lost.

                                                   真挚的爱，值得等待.....

   Swept away

   I dwell on a hill,
Zeal begins to spill,
   Everything is still,
      Even they flow...

   I dwell on a sea,
Passion begins to flee,
I dub thee captain of a fleet,
Even then all I have is me...

            I dwell on the future;
Firmness erases all the failures
Triumphs fill me with missions greater,
Even it demands strength stronger!
I dwell on thee,
My face glows
Thou can`t want to go;
  Then ,all my emotions
                  swept away
                     by your steps of leaving afar...

Center of my universe

   I am a planet
Spinning at the center of universe.
Thou can`t deny it.
My gentle motion is the best verse.

The shooting star coming by
Gives me the most searing salute.
Soon she glides to bye,
Leaving me only the odor of soot.
Glow,twinkle,little star,
Thou are burning into the gloom.
Why are thou going so far?
   Are you destined to doom?

Long long away thou fly
   I gaze at you into the blue.
Will thou again be coming by?
Whom do you plan to shine through?

Lo,where do I belong?
            I ask my core.
Thou do not give me a hang.
Then I stop spinning it all.
Will you again be coming by?
  Thou say it with a deep sigh-

            Where are you going afar
You`re burning for nothing.
Don`t you know thou are my shining star?
You flash and make me wilting...

   Turn,turn,little glow.
Will you light up my side?
Thou are the center of my soul.
      I will not slide.
Come back,little shining
To the center of my universe.
To quench my thirst of self-killing
Again,I am the best verse.

   valediction
The moon finds no rest in chasing the sun,
Weariness circles and lauds her perseverance`s stun.
Puberty keeps running with the sun in pace,
Inevitably sorrows and woes find their space.

We behold and observe beauty`s existence,
Here no definition of beauty with precise science.
Why I keep running for the moon always amaze,
In a lonely silent night,with a deep sigh,just gaze...

Sympathy and softness show the signs of your eyes` goodness,
No other living creatures but true hearts can witness.
Man`s innocence of justification is stained by blood,
Adolescence finally will be devoured by time`s flood.

Flowers of spring just stirred our childish fantasy,
For lack of strength,no more enough ecstasy.
In cool wind we cast our worry upon summer scorchers,
No time for regaling on the luxies in puberty`s brochures.

Revelation of passions should hesitate no more,
All material circulations but our connections we can ignore!
For the sun and the moon just keeping running,
For our friendship goes beyond them,undying!
