第一个评审认为有优点,但是不能发表,所提意见应该都可以改,第二个认为要小修发表. 编辑回信具体如下: Dear ***, The reviewers have completed the reviews on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript. Please note that following these alterations the paper will be re-refereed. Reviewer #1: 1. Although there are some interesting aspects to this paper, in this reviewer's opinion, it is not clear the contribution this research paper makes to the field. 2. Theory about *** is not enough described, therefore, the author should provide a more detailed description of these section contents (section 4). Proper references about *** should be included. 3. More details should be given to the Experimental Results (section 5) and Conclusions (section 6). Some additional studies and conclusions would be welcomed. For instance, comparison of the results obtained using other types of ***. 4. Substantial improvement in the writing is required. Therefore, this manuscript is not suitable for publication in the International Journal of ***. Reviewer #2: The paper proposes ***. The results are shown in three figures but they not are commented, the section must be explained. A combined Results and Discussion section is appropriate. In addition, it is recommendable that the figures 10, 11 and 12 include labels, scales and legends. A second remark is suggested: the references should have uniform style and requirements, also the equations, since the mathematical operators not already are included. A third remark is suggested: the paper should improve its writing and some expressions.
