发现根本就没有起作用。这是什么原因呢?google和搜索了下也没有找到答案。

此为问题一。


于是,我又采用如下输入文件(Gaussian 03),却老是报错,研究了半天没找出原因。这又是什么引起的?

1、你所谓的加了校正因子不起作用,是不对的。你没有认真看输出文件,也没有好好理解高斯手册。别在那个高斯程序的窗口中看,那个显示不全,要用文本编辑软件查看log文件(windows下默认是out文件),另外任何时候都要在#后面加个p,这样会输出很多有用的信息,再次,高斯03手册中文版207页:“注意如果定义了换算因子,只会反映在热化学数据中,频率不做换算。”、英文版216给出:“Note that if scaling is specified, only the thermochemistry data reflects it: the frequencies themselves are not scaled.”,所以你只是看到频率没发生变化,但由此引起的零点校正项(包括能量、焓、吉布斯能)都不一样了,你没有看到。
2、也许是你的g03版本有问题,你的是b01,我用e01跑,没发现问题。虽然temperature=298.15 pressure=1.0本来就是默认值,没有必要写。还有开始第一个例子中,结尾处给的那些个是什么?如果是链接关系表,前面应该有geom=connect,如果是,根本没必要,如果不是,你需要一个解释。
