向虫友求助关于频率较正的问题。输入文件：

发现根本就没有起作用。这是什么原因呢？google和搜索了下也没有找到答案。

此为问题一。


于是，我又采用如下输入文件(Gaussian 03)，却老是报错，研究了半天没找出原因。这又是什么引起的？

1、你所谓的加了校正因子不起作用，是不对的。你没有认真看输出文件，也没有好好理解高斯手册。别在那个高斯程序的窗口中看，那个显示不全，要用文本编辑软件查看log文件（windows下默认是out文件），另外任何时候都要在#后面加个p，这样会输出很多有用的信息，再次，高斯03手册中文版207页：“注意如果定义了换算因子，只会反映在热化学数据中，频率不做换算。”、英文版216给出：“Note that if scaling is specified, only the thermochemistry data reflects it: the frequencies themselves are not scaled.”，所以你只是看到频率没发生变化，但由此引起的零点校正项（包括能量、焓、吉布斯能）都不一样了，你没有看到。
2、也许是你的g03版本有问题，你的是b01，我用e01跑，没发现问题。虽然temperature=298.15 pressure=1.0本来就是默认值，没有必要写。还有开始第一个例子中，结尾处给的那些个是什么？如果是链接关系表，前面应该有geom=connect，如果是，根本没必要，如果不是，你需要一个解释。
