Abstract All matter and forces in the universe originate from photon energy. High-energy photons undergo collisions in space to complete strong force self-locking, and their energy solidifies to form massive physical particles, simultaneously generating three fundamental forces: the strong force, the electromagnetic force, and universal gravitation. Black hole jets scatter newly formed particles across cosmic space, and the three inherent forces drive microstructural binding and macroscopic celestial aggregation, forming sustained dynamic effects spanning all cosmic scales. This paper distinguishes the primordial energy carrier (light) from the long-term driving forces (the three fundamental forces), and draws a core conclusion: light serves as the source of matter and forces, while the three fundamental forces constitute the direct prime mover sustaining the motion and structural stability of all cosmic substances. It elaborates on the action boundaries of the strong force, electromagnetic force and gravitation at microscopic and macroscopic scales, illustrates the unique cross-scale property of the electromagnetic force, provides a unified interpretation of the stable mechanisms of atomic orbits and galactic revolution, and clarifies the core misunderstanding in mainstream physics that confuses "primordial energy source" and "sustained driving force". Introduction Newton established the complete law of universal gravitation within classical mechanics, accurately describing the aggregation and orbital motion of macroscopic celestial bodies, yet he failed to resolve the fundamental origin of cosmic matter and initial motion power—a three-hundred-year-old physical puzzle known as the Prime Mover Problem. Constrained by observational limitations of his era, Newton could not identify an objective energy carrier to explain the origin of all things, and ultimately resorted to supernatural external force to close his logical chain. Although the theories of relativity and the Standard Model of Particle Physics expanded the boundaries of physical research in modern times, they contain two fundamental theoretical flaws. First, they artificially separate microscopic and macroscopic physical rules, arbitrarily restricting each fundamental force to a single applicable scale. Second, they confuse the primordial energy source of the universe with the forces sustaining continuous material motion, making it impossible to form a coherent evolutionary chain covering photon conversion into physical particles, particle assembly into atoms and nebulae, and long-term stable operation of galaxies. Faced with objective phenomena such as stable electron orbits and energy-loss-free circular motion of celestial bodies, existing theories do not revise flawed underlying derivations, but instead fabricate ad-hoc concepts including superposition states and probability clouds to reconcile contradictions, resulting in dual standards. Based on the mass-energy conversion of photons, astronomical observations of black hole jets, and experimental facts of electron-positron annihilation, this paper introduces strong force self-locking as the core mechanism through which photons condense into matter. It differentiates the primordial energy of photons and the long-term driving power of the three fundamental forces, sorts out the action logic of the strong force, electromagnetic force and gravitation at different scales, unifies universal natural laws applicable to both micro and macro worlds, and fully resolves all logical contradictions left by the Prime Mover Problem from a materialist perspective.
