Job Description: The ADC group is seeking a highly motivated individual to support ADC linker payload related activities. Responsible for payload SAR and development to support project forwarding. With general instructions, synthesize organic compounds with multi steps independently, efficiently, safely, and reproducibly. Develop sound mechanistic understanding of observed experimental results. Maintain an accurate and complete experimental record, including conclusions, hypotheses for next steps to be taken, and thorough characterization of products. Qualification Required: Ms. or PhD in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry with work experience in ADC linker-payload development and medicinal chemistry experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Skilled in operation of all kinds of instruments and apparatus in organic chemistry lab. Strong knowledge of techniques related to purification and characterization of organic compounds. Skilled in literature searching about organic and medicinal chemistry. Ability to analyze and resolve issues. [ 来自版块群 上海 ] |
