导师简介 | About the Supervisor
孙宝全教授，清华大学博士，先后在英国剑桥大学和美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室从事博士后研究。现任苏州大学 FUNSOM 教授、博士生导师。已发表 SCI 论文 300 余篇，他引 21,000 余次，H-因子82，连续多年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者榜单（材料科学），获江苏省科学技术一等奖、二等奖各一项，入选国家级人才计划，担任 Wiley 旗下多个期刊编委。

Prof. Baoquan Sun received his PhD from Tsinghua University and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Cambridge (UK) and Los Alamos National Laboratory (USA). He is currently a Professor at FUNSOM, Soochow University. He has published over 300 SCI papers with more than 21,000 citations and an H-index of 75. He has been recognized as a Highly Cited Chinese Researcher by Elsevier for multiple consecutive years and holds national-level talent program recognition.

招生要求 | Requirements
1. 具有化学、物理、材料、电子或相关专业背景的硕士毕业生（或应届硕士生）；
2. 具备扎实的专业基础和独立的科研能力，有责任心和团队精神；
3. 英语水平达到 FUNSOM 博士申请考核制要求（CET-4 ≥ 425 或 IELTS ≥ 6.0 或 TOEFL ≥ 85，或有英文论文发表）；
4. 对光电材料与器件研究有浓厚兴趣，有志于从事学术或产业研发工作。
5. Master‘s degree (or expected) in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Electronics, or related fields;
6. Solid academic foundation and independent research capability; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;
7. English proficiency meeting FUNSOM’s PhD application criteria (CET-4 ≥ 425 / IELTS ≥ 6.0 / TOEFL ≥ 85, or English journal publication);
8. Genuine interest in optoelectronic materials and devices research.

FUNSOM offers a “PhD Candidate” cultivation program with special stipends for outstanding students. The group provides stable research assistantship and opportunities for international conference participation.
