澳門科技大學材料科學與工程學院博士生招聘廣告 PhD Student Recruitment Advertisement Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering, Macau University of Science and Technology 繁體中文版 招聘崗位：博士研究生（2026/2027學年入學） 研究方向 • 半導體材料與器件（Semiconductor Materials and Devices） • 新能源材料與器件（New Energy Materials and Devices） • 柔性電子材料與器件（Flexible Electronic Materials and Devices） 學科背景要求 申請者應具備以下相關專業背景之一： • 化學（Chemistry） • 物理學（Physics） • 材料科學與工程（Materials Science and Engineering） • 相近學科（Related Disciplines） 申請條件 1. 須具備碩士學位（或具有推免直博資格的優秀本科畢業生）； 2. 英語能力滿足以下任一條件：大學英語四級480分以上、六級450分以上、雅思6.0以上、托福79以上，或同等英語能力證明； 3. 對科研有濃厚興趣，具備良好的學術道德與團隊合作精神； 4. 有SCI論文發表經歷者優先考慮。 獎學金與待遇 優秀博士生可申請參與學術研究助學金（PGS），資助總額約50萬至51萬澳門幣，包含： • 學費全額資助 • 豁免指定宿舍住宿費 • 每月生活津貼澳門幣约4,500元 • 資助期限最多3學年 博士學制3年，澳科大博士學歷屬境外博士學歷（留學經歷）。 申請方式 有意申請者請將以下材料發送至導師郵箱（請在郵件標題註明「博士申請-姓名-研究方向」）： • 個人簡歷（中英文均可） • 代表性學術論文（如有） • 學歷/學位證明 • 計劃到崗時間 截止日期 名額有限，額滿即止。建議盡早聯繫導師了解具體課題方向。 English Version Position: PhD Student (2026/2027 Academic Year) Research Areas • Semiconductor Materials and Devices • New Energy Materials and Devices • Flexible Electronic Materials and Devices Disciplinary Background Applicants should have a background in one of the following fields: • Chemistry • Physics • Materials Science and Engineering • Related disciplines Requirements 1. A Master's degree (or outstanding Bachelor's degree holders eligible for direct PhD admission); 2. English proficiency meeting one of the following: CET-4 ≥ 480, CET-6 ≥ 450, IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 79, or equivalent; 3. Strong interest in research, with good academic integrity and teamwork spirit; 4. SCI publication record is preferred. Scholarship & Benefits Outstanding candidates may be awarded the Postgraduate Scholarship (PGS), totaling approximately MOP 500,000–510,000, covering: • Full tuition fee waiver • Exemption from designated dormitory fees • Monthly living allowance of MOP ~4,500 • Support for up to 3 academic years The PhD program lasts 3 years. A MUST PhD is recognized as an overseas doctoral degree (study abroad experience).
