西交利物浦大学三校联合培养博士项目招生/宗璐博士课题组

为培养具备全球领导力、跨学科创新能力和国际科研协作水平的复合型研究人才，西交利物浦大学（简称“西浦”）充分发挥国际化办学特色，联合西安交通大学（简称“西交大”）与英国利物浦大学（简称“利物浦大学”）依托三校长期建立的战略合作优势，整合顶尖科研资源联合启动三校博士培养合作项目。 项目主导师：宗璐博士 项目课题： Multimodal Media Analysis and Explainable Decision Support for Rural Communication and Governance in China: Evidence from Hollowed Villages 面向中国乡村传播与治理的多模态媒体分析及可解释性决策支持：来自空心村的证据 项目编号：SFXJTU2611 项目简介： 本项目探索如何利用公开新闻与社交媒体数据支持中国农村信息治理，聚焦空心村场景。核心是构建一个可解释的决策支持框架，涵盖三大功能：识别公众关切、评估治理相关性、提供清晰决策解释。研究将分析多模态媒体数据中的议题、情感与话语变迁，评估其治理意义，并生成结构化说明以提示治理重点。最终目标是提升空心村治理透明度，并开发区域级可视化原型系统。 This PhD project examines how publicly accessible news and social media data can support rural information governance in China, with a focus on hollowed villages. The project develops an explainable decision-support framework centred on three governance functions: identifying public concerns, assessing their governance relevance, and providing clear explanations for decision support. First, it analyses multimodal media data to identify key topics, emotional tendencies, and changes in public discourse. Second, it evaluates how these patterns relate to governance, such as public concern, persistence, and response urgency. Third, it generates structured and interpretable explanations to clarify why particular issues may require attention.
