He has long been engaged in research covering semiconductor device and integrated circuit design. He has published over 100 academic papers in journals such as IEEE EDL, APL, IEEE TED, and IEEE TCAS-I/II, IEEE TPE, IEEE TMTT. He has filed more than 30 national invention patents and has presided over and participated in a number of major national scientific research projects. 刘雯,西交利物浦大学智能工程学院教授,先进半导体研究中心执行主任,博士生导师,国际电气电子工程协会(IEEE)电路与系统、电子器件学会苏州分会主席,国家第三代半导体产业技术创新战略联盟(CASA)青年创新促进委员会副主任委员。迄今发表IEEE EDL、TED、TPE等国际顶级期刊上发表SCI收录论文50余篇,主持参与十余项各级研发项目。 WEN LIU, professor, School of Advanced Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Suzhou, China. Dr. Liu received the B.S. degree from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2008. Currently Dr. Liu is Chair of IEEE CASS-EDS Joint Chapter Suzhou, deputy Director of the Youth Innovation Promotion Committee of the Third Generation Semiconductor Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance (CASA) China, and also Executive Director XJTLU Advanced Semiconductor Research Center, Fellow of The Higher Education Academy of the UK, IEEE Senior Member. Joseph Yan教授于1986年和1988年毕业于(北京)清华大学,分别获得工程热物理学士和硕士学位。他于1998年获得博士学位,并于2001年受聘为利物浦大学电子工程与电子学系的正式教学科研人员(教职)。Yan教授近期的研究方向主要集中在:SF6(六氟化硫)替代气体的开断理论、基于并行计算的电弧仿真,以及包括固态器件在电网开关应用中的低碳能源技术。他是“零点俱乐部”(Current Zero Club)成员、中国电机工程学会(CSEE)会士、IEEE(电气与电子工程师协会)高级会员,并担任西安交通大学客座讲座教授。目前,他已发表期刊论文100余篇、会议论文110篇,并出版专著两部。 Professor Yan graduated from Tsinghua University (Beijing) with BEng and MEng in Engineering Thermophysics in 1986 and 1988, respectively. He obtained his PhD degree in 1998 before appointed as an academic member of staff in the Department of Electrical Engineering and electronics at the University of Liverpool in 2001. Professor Yan’s recent research interests focus on the switching theory of SF6 alternative gases, arc simulation based on parallel computing, and low carbon energy technologies including the application of solid-state devices for switching applications in the electricity grids. He is a member of the Current Zero Club, a Fellow of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineers (CSEE), senior member of IEEE, and Visiting Chair Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University. He has authored over 100 journal papers, 110 conference publications and two books. Key aspect/summary of your research project项目简介 本项目旨在研发一种基于ZnO/钙钛矿/ZnO异质结双极型光电晶体管(HBPTs)的新型自供电柔性光电探测器。通过集成压电效应与热释电效应,该器件无需外部电源即可工作,因而特别适用于可穿戴健康监测、低功耗物联网环境感知以及下一代人机交互界面。研究将重点阐明压电与热释电极化之间的耦合机制,优化界面与能带结构,并展示出一种具有显著提升的响应度和探测率的柔性器件。本工作致力于开发面向日常应用的高能效、强适应性传感解决方案,促进光电设备走向可持续发展。 This project aims to develop a novel self-powered flexible photodetector based on ZnO/perovskite/ZnO heterojunction bipolar phototransistors (HBPTs). By integrating piezoelectric and pyroelectric effects, the device can operate without an external power source, making it particularly suitable for wearable health monitoring, low-power IoT environmental sensing, and next-generation human-machine interactive interfaces. The research will focus on understanding the coupling mechanism between piezoelectric and pyroelectric polarization, optimizing interface and band structures, and demonstrating a flexible device with significantly improved responsivity and detectivity.
