赵鹏,西交利物浦大学健康与环境科学系副教授,博士生导师,英国利物浦大学荣誉学术成员,英国高等教育学会会员。他的研究兴趣是地表与大气的相互作用、温室气体和气溶胶,发表相关领域学术论文约 40 篇。此外,他还是一名环境数据科学家,出版有数据科学的中英文专著三册,并开发了多个R语言软件包。

Dr. Peng Zhao, Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Department of Health and Environmental Sciences, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Honorary Academic Fellow at the University of Liverpool, and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His research interests focus on surface-atmosphere interactions, greenhouse gases, and aerosols, with approximately 40 peer-reviewed publications in related fields. He is also an environmental data scientist, having authored three monographs on data science (in both Chinese and English) and developed multiple R packages for environmental data analysis.

徐红梅,西安交通大学环境工程系教授,博士生导师,陕西省杰出青年基金获得者。主要研究大气污染物个体暴露及毒性健康效应。第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文60篇,被WOS引用超6000次,H-index为43;获批国家专利9项、参编译著和专著4部;主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,国家重点研发计划课题2项,省部级项目6项。任The Innovation、Particuology等期刊青年编委;获中国颗粒学奖、气溶胶青年科学家等称号,第一完成人获陕西高等学校科学技术奖一等奖2项。

Dr. Hongmei Xu, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Department of Environmental Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University. Recipient of the Shaanxi Provincial Outstanding Youth Science Fund.

Her research focuses on individual exposure to atmospheric pollutants and the associated toxicological health effects. She has published 60 SCI-indexed papers as first/corresponding author, with over 6,000 citations in Web of Science and an H-index of 43. She holds 9 national patents and has contributed as a co-translator or co-author to 4 books. As principal investigator, she has led three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program of China, and six provincial/ministerial-level projects. She serves as a youth editorial board member for journals including The Innovation and Particuology. She has received awards including the Chinese Society of Particuology Award and the Aerosol Young Scientist Award. As the lead recipient, she has won two First Prizes of the Shaanxi Provincial Higher Education Institutions Science and Technology Award.

史源,利物浦大学地理与规划系环境规划讲师,博士生导师。他的跨学科研究聚焦于循证、可持续、气候适应型城市规划与发展,尤其关注城市形态与大气之间的相互作用以及绿色基础设施规划。他已发表90余篇国际期刊论文及书籍章节,引用次数超过4000次,H-index为36。他的职业生涯横跨香港和英国,曾领导或共同领导多个资助研究项目。他曾担任Sustainable City and Society、Urban Climate等期刊的客座编辑,目前是Advances in Climate Change Research期刊的青年编委。他荣获多项学术及专业奖项,活跃于多个全球城市气候、建筑环境研究社区和网络。

Dr. Yuan Shi, Lecturer in Environmental Planning and Doctoral Supervisor at the Department of Geography and Planning, University of Liverpool. His interdisciplinary research focuses on evidence-based, sustainable, climate-adaptive, urban planning and development with a specific focus on the interactions between urban form and atmosphere, and green infrastructure planning. He has over 90 international journal publications and book chapters, with over 4000 citations and an h-index of 36. He has led and/or co-led multiple funded research projects during his career spanning Hong Kong and the UK. He served as a guest editor in journals including but not limited to Sustainable City and Society, Urban Climate, and currently serves as a youth editorial board member for the journal Advances in Climate Change Research. He has won multiple academic and professional awards, and has been active in several global research communities & networks of urban climate, built environment, and planning.

韩蕾,西交利物浦大学健康与环境科学系助理教授、博士生导师,主要从事大气环境与有机污染物相关研究。她的研究兴趣聚焦于半挥发性有机污染物在大气中的降解过程、气溶胶表面非均相化学,以及不同环境介质中有机污染物的健康效应,多项研究成果发表于环境科学领域国际期刊。此外,她长期关注碳中和背景下的大气污染控制技术,在有机污染物迁移转化、大气化学过程模拟等方面积累了丰富的研究经验。

Dr. Lei Han, Assistant Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Department of Health and Environmental Sciences, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Her research interests focus on the degradation processes of semi-volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere, heterogeneous chemistry on aerosols, and the health effects of organic pollutants in various environmental media. She also conducts research on atmospheric pollution control technologies in the context of carbon neutrality, with rich experience in studying the migration and transformation of organic pollutants and modeling atmospheric chemical processes. Her work has been published in leading international journals in environmental science.

项目简介


本研究将以典型大气新兴污染物(ECs),包括微塑料、邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)、全氟和多氟烷基物质(PFASs)及抗生素为关注重点。将系统研究ECs的吸入暴露、内暴露及其健康效应之间的关联。研究将在四个季节从三个典型功能区(商业区、工业区和农业区)同步采集气态和PM2.5样品,以揭示ECs的时空分布特征和吸入暴露水平。同时,从这些典型功能区招募长期居住的居民或职业暴露人群,采集生物样本(血液、尿液),用于分析ECs的内暴露水平及相关生物标志物。采用相关分析和多元回归分析评估ECs外暴露与内暴露之间的关联。应用贝叶斯核机器回归(BKMR)等表征污染物暴露与健康指标之间的剂量-反应关系。研究结果旨在填补大气ECs暴露与健康效应之间关联的空白,为ECs的防控提供科学依据。

This project will focus on typical atmospheric emerging contaminants (ECs), including microplastics, phthalates (PAEs), perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs), and antibiotics. We will systematically investigate the associations among inhalation exposure, internal exposure, and related health effects of ECs. Gaseous and PM2.5 samples will be collected simultaneously across four seasons from three typical functional zones (commercial, industrial, and agricultural areas), to characterize the spatiotemporal distribution and inhalation exposure levels of ECs. Concurrently, long-term residents or occupationally exposed population will be recruited from these typical functional zones to collect biological samples (blood, urine) for analyzing the internal exposure levels of ECs and related biomarkers. The associations between external and internal exposure to ECs will be evaluated using correlation and multivariate regression analyses. Bayesian Kernel Machine Regression (BKMR) will be applied to characterize the dose - response relationships between pollutant exposure and health indicators. These findings aim to fill the gap regarding the link between exposure to atmospheric ECs and health effects, providing a scientific basis for the prevention and control of ECs.

通常要求环境科学与工程、分析化学、大气科学、毒理学等相关专业学生申请。最好能熟练操作GC-MS、LC-MS/MS等仪器;会使用R、Python等开展数据分析;掌握血液、尿液等生物样本的采集与分析流程;并具备实验设计和英文论文撰写能力。
Applicants are generally expected to have a background in environmental science and engineering, analytical chemistry, atmospheric science, toxicology, or related disciplines. Proficiency in operating instruments such as GC-MS and LC-MS/MS is highly desirable. Candidates should be skilled in data analysis using R, Python, or similar tools. Familiarity with the collection and analysis procedures for biological samples (e.g., blood, urine) is also required. Additionally, candidates should possess abilities in experimental design, and English scientific writing.
