#西交利物浦大学博士招生# 博士课题:Research on the evolution laws of the structure, properties and performance of gas sensing chips under complex working conditions关于气体传感芯片在复杂工作条件下结构、性能和特性演变规律的研究 项目编号 Project Code: SFXJTU2524 Brief Introduction of The Three Supervisors 三校导师简介 刘悦博士,西交利物浦大学物联网学院副教授、博士生导师。毕业于南开大学,入选大连海创项目和苏州吴江创新创业人才项目,研究方向为光子器件、光通信、光学模拟及光刻技术,长期致力于前沿功能材料(如铁电材料、光电薄膜)的研究 。 温从华教授,西交利物浦大学数学物理学院金融与精算数学系教授。他积极参与并推动学术交流活动,主持博士生论坛,强调通过此类平台提升学生的研究能力与口头表达技巧。其研究领域涉及金融数学、风险管理等方向。 袁泓晔博士,西安交通大学材料科学与工程学院特聘研究员、博士生导师。入选“青年拔尖人才支持计划”,毕业于巴黎综合理工学院。研究方向为新型多孔材料/薄膜的设计制备及其在气体传感、非线性光学等领域的应用 。 Yu Chen博士,英国利物浦大学材料、设计与制造工程系助理教授(Lecturer)。毕业于埃克塞特大学。研究方向为多功能非金属轻质材料(如多孔陶瓷、纳米复合材料)的开发及其在航空航天、能源存储与转换等领域的应用 。 Dr Yue Liu Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Internet of Things College at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Graduated from Nankai University. Her research focuses on photonic devices, optical communication, optical simulation and lithography technology. She has been dedicated to the research of cutting-edge functional materials (such as ferroelectric materials, optical films) for a long time. Professor Conghua Wen The professor of the Financial and Actuarial Mathematics Department of the School of Mathematical Physics at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He actively participates in and promotes academic exchange activities, presiding over the doctoral student forum, emphasizing the use of such platforms to enhance students' research capabilities and oral communication skills. His research fields include financial mathematics and risk management, among others. Dr Hongye Yuan A specially-appointed researcher and doctoral supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Selected for the "Young Talents Support Program", graduated from École Polytechnique de Paris. Research focus: Design and preparation of new porous materials/films and their applications in gas sensing, nonlinear optics, etc. Dr Yu Chen Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in the Department of Materials, Design and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Liverpool, UK. Graduated from the University of Exeter. Research focus: Development of multifunctional non-metallic lightweight materials (such as porous ceramics, nanocomposites) and their applications in aerospace, energy storage and conversion, etc. Key Aspect/Summary of Your Research Project 项目简介 该项目旨在解决下一代太空电子设备面临的一个关键难题:气体传感器在强辐射环境下会出现故障。虽然我们团队已经开发出了基于新型金属有机材料的高灵敏度传感器,但这些传感器在极端环境(如太空环境中,那里重离子辐射会导致原子级别的损伤)中的性能和结构完整性情况尚不明确。本研究将系统地探究重离子辐射以及温度和气体暴露等因素如何损害这些先进的传感芯片。通过将传感器微观结构的变化与性能下降联系起来,我们将建立新的设计规则,以制造出极其坚固、抗辐射的传感器,从而在未来的太空任务以及其他极端地面应用中实现可靠的环境监测和医疗诊断。 This project addresses a critical challenge for next-generation electronics in space: the failure of gas sensors under intense radiation. While our team has pioneered highly sensitive sensors from novel metal-organic materials, their performance and structural integrity in harsh environments like space—where heavy ion radiation can cause atomic-level damage—remain unknown. This research will systematically investigate how heavy ion radiation, alongside factors like temperature and gas exposure, degrades these advanced sensing chips.
